Wow! It's our 5th Valentine's Day and yes.. it feels like it! Looking back, our first V-day, we were both college students and while he was working on a big project, I had come home late from band practice to find a bouquet of flowers and a cookie cake waiting on his floor! Then, we went out to sushi because everything else was either still busy or closed by 9:30pm.
This year, we took it easy because we are trying to save some money. (but that didn't stop me from buying him his favorite baked goods and candy from Target!) We went to
Pho <--- learn more by clicking. Then we came home and watched a Top Gear special (one of our favorite shows) and just hung out!

Thanks, Emma! We had decided that we weren't going to get anything for each other on our Anniversary, but he made it months before so it definitely was something I was not expecting!
